Commercial activewear with controlled stretch, fit and recovery.
Fabric stretch, opacity, recovery, waistband pressure, seam extensibility and key measurements are confirmed before bulk production.
Fabric selection
Composition, GSM, stretch direction, recovery, opacity and hand feel are matched to the intended use and price.
Movement fit
Negative ease, rise, waistband, armhole, support and range of motion are reviewed on the sample.
Technical sewing
Seam type, elastic, binding, zipper, pocket and reinforcement details are checked for appearance and practical use.
Production QC
Measurements, seam stretch, shade, opacity and finishing are monitored through inline and final inspection.

Activewear performance points we control.
Critical category requirements are confirmed on the approved sample, checked during production and reviewed again before shipment.
Opacity & stretch
Fabric opacity and stretch are evaluated in the relevant direction before approval, especially for leggings and fitted bottoms.
Recovery & pressure
Fabric and elastic recovery are matched to fit so waistbands and openings remain stable without excessive pressure.
Seam durability
Seam extensibility, skipped stitches and stress points are reviewed during development and inline inspection.
