Trouser programs built around fit, movement and bulk consistency.
Rise, waistband, hip ease, inseam, leg shape, pocket position and fabric stability are confirmed before bulk cutting.
Base fit
Waist, rise, hip, thigh, knee, hem and inseam are balanced on the base size before grading.
Fabric behavior
Stretch, recovery, shrinkage, drape and surface response are matched to the silhouette and use.
Construction
Waistbands, fly fronts, zippers, pockets, belt loops and topstitching are checked against the approved sample.
Measurement control
Critical measurements and appearance are checked during production and at final AQL 2.5 inspection.

Trouser controls that protect fit and repeat orders.
Critical category requirements are confirmed on the approved sample, checked during production and reviewed again before shipment.
Rise & hip balance
Front and back rise, hip ease and crotch shape are reviewed together to avoid fit problems that measurements alone can miss.
Stretch & recovery
For stretch fabrics, recovery and measurement stability are evaluated against the intended fit.
Leg twist & shrinkage
Grain direction and fabric stability are considered before cutting to reduce twisting and post-process size change.
