We review waistband construction, lining, closure, length, flare, pleats, transparency and fabric direction before bulk placement.
Waist & hip fit
Waistband shape, waist measurement, hip ease and finished length are confirmed on the approved sample.
Hang & volume
Grain direction, flare, gathers, pleats and lining are matched to the intended silhouette.
Closure & finish
Zippers, hooks, elastic, hems and seam finishes are checked for appearance and practical use.
Bulk control
Measurements, shade, symmetry, pressing and packing are monitored through inline and final inspection.

Critical category requirements are confirmed on the approved sample, checked during production and reviewed again before shipment.
Waistband stability
Interlining, elastic recovery and waistband shape are confirmed so the fit remains consistent after production handling.
Pleats & grain
Pleat depth, panel direction and grain alignment are checked to reduce twisting or uneven hang.
Surface materials
Sequin, PU and textured fabrics are reviewed for cutting, sewing, pressing and packing risks before order acceptance.
